Looking for help before you take your doubles and triples endorsement test? Our Free Vermont CDL Double/Triple Trailers Practice Test is similar in content and format to the real test. In fact, we created this test so that nothing will surprise you on test day. With this practice test, you get 20 multiple choice questions covering such topics as coupling and uncoupling, rollover risks, jackknives, caring for double and triple vehicles, inspecting double and triple vehicles and driving, including turning and backing up. Why should you inspect a double or triple combination vehicle more extensively than a vehicle with only one semitrailer? What is the first step in uncoupling a convertor dolly? Get the answers to these and other questions on this practice test.

If you answer 80% or more of the practice test questions right you will pass. If you don’t achieve a score that high you can retake the test. When you retake the test the questions will be reordered by our question randomizer feature. This helps prevent you from simply memorizing the answers. We have also included answer explanations to help you learn the content and recommend that you read these explanations both for questions you get right as well as those you get wrong. Earning a doubles and triples endorsement can be a big step in a driver’s career as it will allow you to begin driving the largest trucks. Make sure you are ready before you visit the DMV. Take our difficult practice test and see how you do.
